We want you to love your silk saree from Nadah. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging (including tags and box).
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong item was sent.
The product received is significantly different from the one ordered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made, pre-stitched, or altered sarees and blouses
Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special promotions.
Minor color variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or natural dyeing processes.
Change of mind or dislike of color/design.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at nadah.designerstudio@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Return Shipping
Please pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
If the return is approved, we’ll issue a store credit, exchange, or refund as discussed during your return request.
Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted or refunded.
