We want you to love your silk saree from Nadah. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging (including tags and box).
  • Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The product received is significantly different from the one ordered.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
  • Custom-made, pre-stitched, or altered sarees and blouses 
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special promotions.
  • Minor color variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or natural dyeing processes.
  • Change of mind or dislike of color/design.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at nadah.designerstudio@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Return Shipping
  • Please pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

 

5. Inspection and Approval
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
  • If the return is approved, we’ll issue a store credit, exchange, or refund as discussed during your return request.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted or refunded.
