1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or pre-stitched sarees, blouses and underskirt may require additional processing time (up to 7 business days). You will be notified if any delay occurs.

Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Within India: Free shipping on orders above INR 12,000/-
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package using the link provided.
5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
In rare cases of delay or loss during transit:
- We will assist you in tracking and coordinating with the courier company.
- Nadah is not liable for packages lost due to courier errors or issues beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
